2. Order Acceptance & Fulfillment

• Placing an order with Arcoiris means you authorize us to process and deliver the products to the address specified.
• Arcoiris functions as a platform to offer curated gifts and may also act as a facilitator between you and our trusted vendors.
• Orders are processed on working days (Mon–Sat) between 10 AM to 6 PM. Orders placed after 2 PM may be processed the following working day.
• Orders may be dispatched separately depending on courier feasibility and product type.

3. Product Information & Availability

• We aim to display products as accurately as possible. However, due to photography, screen differences, or availability, there may be slight variations in color, packaging, or design.
• All orders are subject to availability. In the rare event of non-availability of a specific product, we may request your confirmation to proceed with an alternative of similar value.
• For personalized or made-to-order items, customization previews shown may slightly differ from the final product.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Payments

• All prices listed are in INR (₹).
• Applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) will be added at checkout based on the category of the products selected.
• Arcoiris is fully GST compliant and provides tax invoices for each purchase.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. However, the final price charged will reflect at checkout and in your confirmation email.
• Payment can be made via multiple secure options including debit/credit cards, UPI, and wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on select orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We strive to ensure timely delivery, but we are not liable for delays caused due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, lockdowns, curfews, incorrect address, or natural calamities.
• In case a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect details or recipient unavailability, we will attempt to contact the recipient. However, no refund will be processed in such cases.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

• Personalized and hygiene-based products (e.g., masks, socks) are not eligible for return, unless damaged in transit.
• Arcoiris reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
