Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At Arcoiris, we understand that gifting is personal, and so is every order you place with us. While we strive to ensure every product delivered brings joy, we also aim to make our cancellation and refund process simple and transparent.

 

Order Cancellation

Change of mind? We’ve got you covered.

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by writing to us at hello@arcoiris.in with your order number in the subject line. For corporate or bulk orders please contact helpline no for cancellations +91 90764 39269

  • If your order has already been shipped, you may refuse to accept the delivery. Please inform us of the same via email or call us so we can update our records.

  • Personalized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once the order is processed. If you still choose to cancel such an order, any applicable design or customization charges will be deducted from the prepaid amount.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We offer hassle-free returns or exchanges for non-personalized products. Please take note of the following:

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product by emailing us at hello@arcoiris.in.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition.

  • In case the product is damaged or the packaging is tampered with upon delivery, please refuse to accept the order and inform us immediately.

Note:

  • Products involving personal hygiene such as socks, masks, eye covers, etc., and customized gifts are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly mentioned on the respective product pages.

  • Bulk and corporate orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is physical damage in transit.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

Despite our best efforts, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please get in touch with us within 7 working days of delivery at hello@arcoiris.in or call us at +91 90764 39269 (Mon–Sat, 10 AM–6 PM).
To process your return or replacement request smoothly, we may ask you to share images or videos of the received product and packaging.

 

Refund Policy

Once your return is approved, we will initiate the refund as per the following conditions:

  • For online paid orders, the amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 5–7 working days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will need to share your bank account details. The refund will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation or return pickup.

  • Alternatively, we may offer a refund via UPI or wallet transfer upon request.
